Bayleaf cottage is a semi detached two story cottage set at the end of a no through lane at Trevanger, St Minver on the North Coast of Cornwall. The property is set to the rear of its neighbour and as such has a lovely quiet spot with a large sunny garden backing onto open fields that lead to Polzeath in the distance. There is a footpath to The Point and down to Polzeath from the lane. Distance from Rock is 2 miles. Freehold, Council Tax band B, EPC band F.

The property has ownership of half of a large concrete standing where two or three cars can be parked and pedestrian access to the rear door of the property. There is a front door on the far side of the property which the current owner does not use.
