This property is located just minutes to the promenade and Hove beach. There are a host of excellent local cafes, pubs, restaurants within a 300 m radius. The main Churchill square shopping area is about a 20 minute walk away. A couple of minutes` walk away is Church Road where there are good frequent bus routes that serve the rest of the city.
There are pay & display parking in the neighbourhood and parking is free between 8pm-9am. The easiest way to do it is via the Brighton and Hove Council parking app which is called PayByPhone Parking`. On here you can enter how many hours you would like and pay with your card on the app. It is very easy to use, you just need to put in the location code which will be clearly stated on the signposts of the bay you park in. You can also allow notifications to pop up which will alert you to when your parking is going to expire. You can also buy numerous days at once.
